We are not liable for third-party websites or tools,including chatbot services powered by external providers.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.Liability is capped at €100 or the amount paid in the last 12 months (forclients).
You agree to indemnify Parkfield against claims resultingfrom misuse, law violations, or unauthorized use of our platform or chatbot.
Use of the website is subject to our Privacy Policy. Youagree to our data handling practices by using the website.
You grant us rights to use content you submit. You consentto receive communications from us, with the option to opt out of marketing.
Irish law governs. Disputes must first be resolvedinformally, followed by arbitration (if allowed), or courts of Ireland ifneeded.
Disputes must be individual. No class actions are permitted.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upontermination, your licenses end, and we may delete your data.
